As Stoneleigh Athletic FC continues to grow, we are excited to be introducing a new club structure from the 2027/28 season onwards.

Our aim is to create a sustainable framework that supports our players, coaches, volunteers and families, while ensuring the club continues to thrive for many years to come.

To make this happen, we are looking for enthusiastic parents, guardians and supporters who would like to play a part in the future of the club. We are fortunate to have a community full of talented people with a wide range of skills and experiences.

Whether you have experience in administration, finance, safeguarding, marketing, events, fundraising, football operations, or simply a willingness to help, there may be a role that suits you.

Proposed Club Structure

The proposed structure includes opportunities in the following areas:

Committee Roles

  • Chairperson
  • Head of Football Operations
  • Child Welfare Officer

Administration & Operations

  • Assistant Club Secretary
  • Registration Secretary
  • Sunday Fixtures Coordinator

Finance & Commercial

  • Marketing & Sponsorships Lead
  • Fundraising Officer

Welfare & Communications

  • Safeguarding / Disciplinary Officer
  • Social Media Lead

Many of these roles can be shared between volunteers, and full support will be provided. Even if you can only offer a few hours each month, your contribution could make a significant difference. The club will also offer a financial incentive towards your child’s registration fee.
